15 Stocks Moving In Friday's After-Hours Trading
Shares of MediciNova, Inc. (NASDAQ: MNOV) were up more than 3 percent in Friday’s after-hours session, leading the afternoon’s gainers on no particular news on a volume of approximately 3,400 shares.
The biggest loser so far is WisdomTree Trust (NASDAQ:DXJS), down more than 9 percent since the bell rang, after having gained 3.19 percent during the day.
PBF Energy Inc (NYSE: PBF) declined more than 1.6 percent, losing most of the ground gained (2.8 percent) during the regular session.
SunPower Corporation (NASDAQ: SPWR) was up more than 3 percent, after having tumbled 1.73 percent on Friday, while Flamel Technologies S.A. (ADR) (NASDAQ: FLML) was up almost 3 percent, following a 6.75 percent drop during the day.
Comstock Resources Inc (NYSE: CRK) was up 2.5 percent in after-hours trading. However, the gains do not make up for the 14.41 slip seen during the regular session.
Other stocks surging on Friday’s after-hours trading include:
Community Health Systems (NYSE: CYH), up roughly 2 percent
Ares Management LP (NYSE: ARES), also up about 2 percent
Horizon Pharma PLC (NASDAQ: HZNP), up more than 2.2 percent
Acadia Healthcare Company Inc (NASDAQ: ACHC), up approximately 2.2 percent
Masimo Corporation (NASDAQ: MASI), up about 2.3 percent
On the other hand, losers include:
YRC Worldwide Inc (NASDAQ: YRCW), down 1 percent
Westlake Chemical Partners LP (NYSE: WLKP), down more than 1.6 percent
Danaos Corporation (NYSE: DAC), down 1.27 percent
