TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 10, 2012) - BAC Canada Finance Company Commodity Optimizer (CAD) Notes, Series 1, due February 15, 2017 (the "Notes") were posted for trading Monday, January 30, 2012 on an "if, as and when issued" basis. All trades up to and including February 10 will settle February 15, 2012, the Issue Date of the Notes.

On Monday, February 13, 2012 the Notes will begin trading on a regular settlement basis.
