About the Author

Rockell Y. Williams Brown was born in Anchovy, a lush mountainous village seven miles south of Montego Bay, Jamaica. Rockell attended public schools in New York City and after graduation from high school, she attended the City University of New York. There she studied liberal arts where intellectual capability was stimulated. She has been placed in positions which compelled her to write and which contributed significantly to the present authorship of her first published book, "View From The Second Row".

When Rockell is not working as a Paralegal in her busy office in Florida, she spends her time as Co-Pastor with her husband, teaching several classes including Adult Bible Studies, Women in Ministry Classses, New Membership Preparedness class, etc. They are Founders and Pastors of Poinciana Pentecostal Church of God, in Kissimmee, Florida.
