It was announced that securityholders of the Open-End Trust Funds and Open-End Corporate Funds had voted in favour of the previously announced change of manager and, as applicable trustee, of the Funds in connection with the sale of AIC Limited's Canadian retail investment fund business to Manulife Mutual Funds, a division of Elliot & Page Limited (the "Transaction").

It was announced that securityholders of the Closed-End Corporate Funds had voted in favour of the previously announced change of manager and investment manager of the Closed-End Corporate Funds in connection with the Transaction.

It was announced that securityholders of Copernican World Financial Infrastructure Trust had voted in favour of the previously announced change of manager, trustee and investment manager of Copernican World Financial Infrastructure Trust in connection with the Transaction.

It was announced that securityholders of the Closed-End Trust Funds, other than securityholders of Copernican World Financial Infrastructure Trust, had voted in favour of the termination of such Closed-End Trust Funds.

It is anticipated that the Transaction will be completed on or about September 25, 2009.
