ARMOUR expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,350,000 additional shares of common stock.
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. is acting as the sole bookrunning manager of the offering.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to acquire additional agency securities as market conditions warrant and for general corporate purposes.
