NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq: ACTG - News) announced today that its Data Network Storage LLC subsidiary has entered into a settlement and license agreement with Buffalo Technology (USA), Inc. covering a patent portfolio that relates to storage area network technology. This agreement resolves patent litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
