Accounting Management Solutions Names Rich Silton to Advisory Board

WALTHAM, MA--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 4, 2008 -- Accounting Management Solutions, Inc. (AMS), a leading provider of accounting, financial management, and consulting services to private, public, and nonprofit organizations, today announced the appointment of Rich Silton, president and chief operating officer of Access TCA, Inc., to its Advisory Board.

Over the past 20 years, Silton has served as chief operating officer and chief executive officer in marketing, technology, and professional services firms, and today leads Access TCA, a Massachusetts-based company with annual revenues of more than $60 million engaged primarily in the design, fabrication, and management of trade show exhibits and related services.

Earlier, Silton was president and CEO of Kaon Interactive Inc., a 3D software company, president of First Notice Systems (a subsidiary of Concentra Managed Care, Inc.), a workers compensation claims management company; CEO of Champagne/ Lafayette Communications, Inc., an integrated marketing communications firm; and COO of a leading regional accounting firm.

Silton earned a bachelor's degree at Middlebury College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Also serving on the Advisory Board are Jack Derby, president of Derby Management LLC in Boston; Oscar Jazdowski, senior relationship manager at SVB Silicon Valley Bank in Boston; and Edward P Marram, director of the Arthur M. Blank Center at Babson College.
