Affiliated Managers names Byrne as board member

Affiliated Managers Group appoints Samuel Byrne as a board member

BOSTON (AP) -- Diversified asset management company Affiliated Managers Group Inc. said Wednesday that it named Samuel T. Byrne to its board.

Byrne is co-founder and managing partner of alternative investment management firm CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC.
