ANCHORAGE, Alaska--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alaska Communications Systems Group, Inc. ("ACS") (NASDAQ:ALSK - News) today announced its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.215 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on October 21, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2009. The company had approximately 44.3 million shares of common stock outstanding as of July 23, 2009.
