Alder Work Programme on Canadian Creek Property
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - 08/26/09) - Alder Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:ALR - News) ("Alder") is pleased to announce that an Option Agreement, granted to it by Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd., has been accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange. The option gives Alder the right to earn a 60% interest in Cariboo Rose's Canadian Creek mineral property located in the Yukon Territory.
The Option Agreement and its principal terms were described in the Company's Release dated June 12, 2009.
Alder has commenced a work programme on the property pursuant to the recommendations contained in a geological report dated July 27, 2009 prepared for it by Colin W.P. Russell, P.Geo and J.W. Morton, P.Geo - which can be viewed on the Company's website: www.alderresources.ca or on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.
