Alpha Trust increases stake in TORM A/S to 52.23%

TORM has received notification that the ultimate owner of Menfield Navigation Company Limited has transferred her entire equity interest as a gift to the Alpha Trust with the effect that she no longer has any direct or indirect holding of shares or voting rights in TORM A/S. By virtue of this transaction, Alpha Trust has increased its indirect holding of shares in TORM A/S to an increase in the ownership level in TORM A/S to 52.23% from 32.22% of the total share capital and of the voting rights.
