American Woodmark sets dividend of 9 cents

American Woodmark declares regular quarterly dividend of 9 cents, payable Sept. 28

WINCHESTER, Va. (AP) -- Kitchen cabinet maker American Woodmark Corp. said its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 9 cents per share.

The company said the dividend is payable Sept. 28 to shareholders of record Sept. 14.
