PASADENA, Calif. (AP) -- Ameron International Corp. said Monday it has restructured its management team and eliminated the job of chief operating officer.
Pasadena, Calif.-based Ameron said CEO James Marlen has taken the additional title of president, Gary Wagner has become chief financial officer and James McLaughlin has become senior vice president of corporate development and treasurer.
Ameron makes water transmission lines, oil transport lines, wind towers and chemicals used in infrastructure products. Its shares rose 70 cents to $66.41.
