WALLINGFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Amphenol Corporation (NYSE:APH - News) confirmed today that its Board of Directors approved a continuing quarterly dividend on its Common Stock in the amount of $.015 per share at its meeting held on October 23, 2009. The Company will pay its fourth quarter dividend for 2009 on or about January 6, 2010 to shareholders of record as of December 16, 2009.
