Secure Cross Domain Search Solution Controls Access to Sensitive Information for Google Search Appliance Customers

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 5, 2009 -- Applied Identity, Inc., a leader in identity aware network security solutions, today announced it has joined the Google Enterprise Partner program, which extends the power of Google search across the enterprise and helps customers get more value out of their Google enterprise deployments. The company also announced the availability of its Secure Cross Domain Search solution for Google Search Appliance customers.

Secure Cross Domain Search for the Google Search Appliance is based on Applied Identity's Identisphere(TM) identity aware networking solution and is implemented with Applied Identity's ID-Enforce hardware appliances. As an appliance-based access control solution working at the network level, it deploys quickly with Google Search Appliance and requires no changes to existing applications.
