Arch Chemicals' chief operating officer Louis Massimo resigns

NORWALK, Conn. (AP) -- Chemical maker Arch Chemicals Inc. on Tuesday said its chief operating officer Louis Massimo will be leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.
The company said it will reassign Massimo's responsibilities within its senior management team and will announce these changes shortly.
CEO Michael Campbell said Massimo "played a pivotal role in Arch's profitable growth and development over the last 10-plus years."
Shares of the company closed at $32.10 on Monday.
