ALLEN, TX--(Marketwire - 08/04/09) - The Board of Directors of Atrion Corporation (NASDAQ:ATRI - News) today announced an increase in its quarterly cash dividend from 30 cents per share to 36 cents per share. Specifically, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 36 cents per share on its outstanding shares of Common Stock. This dividend will be payable on September 30, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2009.
