Augusta Announces Shipment of Eight EFM Corrosion Monitoring Systems to Enbridge Pipelines

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 14, 2012) - Augusta Industries, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:AAO.V - News) ("Augusta" or the "Corporation"), through its wholly owned subsidiaries FOX-TEK Canada Inc. a developer and manufacturer of patented non-intrusive sensing systems, is pleased to announce that, further to its press release of January 10,2012, FOX TEK Canada Inc has shipped the eight (8) Electric Field Mapping ("EFM") monitoring systems. The eight (8) systems ordered by Enbridge Pipelines, one of North America's largest liquids pipeline companies, will primarily be used for corrosion monitoring at several locations of interest on some of its key pipeline assets. The eight (8) EFM systems are in addition to the announcement of five (5) EFM systems ordered previously by Enbridge and Shipped in November 2011 and adds to the Corporation's current fleet of systems utilized by Enbridge on its pipeline network.
