MEDELLIN, Colombia, Sept. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BANCOLOMBIA S.A. (NYSE: CIB - News) regrets to inform that Mr. Alfonso Moreno Jaramillo, a member of the Bank's Board of Directors, passed away on September 7, 2009. A replacement will be designated at the General Shareholders' Meeting.
