MEDELLIN, Colombia, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- In a meeting held today, the Board of Directors of Bancolombia S.A. ("Bancolombia") (NYSE: CIB - News) accepted the resignation of Maria Cristina Arrastia Uribe as the Manager of Retail and Small and Medium Enterprises ("SME") banking for the Antioquia region, and as a legal representative of Bancolombia.
