Banner declares regular quarterly dividend of 1 cent to be paid Oct. 30

WALLA WALLA, Wash. (AP) -- Bank holding company Banner Corp. said Friday that its board declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 1 cent per share.
The dividend will be paid on Oct. 30 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 19.
The company also said Friday that it plans to report its third quarter results after the market closes on Oct. 20.
