Bemis Company Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

NEENAH, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Bemis Company, Inc. (NYSE:BMS - News) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 22.5 cents per share. The dividend is payable December 1, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 16, 2009.
