COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- Restaurant owner Bob Evans Farms Inc. said Friday that Chief Financial Officer Don Radkoski, who has been with the company for more than 30 years, will retire at the end of the current fiscal year.
The Columbus, Ohio-based company said it would promote a senior vice president from its finance department, Tod Spornhauer, to replace Radkoski.
The company owns and operates the Bob Evans and Mimi's Cafe restaurant chains.
Its shares fell 32 cents to $28.75 in after-hours trading following the release of the personnel information. In the regular session, the stock rose 21 cents to $29.07.
