Burcon clarifies communication on CLARISOY

Burcon NutraScience Corporation (BUR) clarifies that it can only provide CLARISOY status updates as and when they are available, subject to compliance with its confidentiality obligations under the CLARISOY License and Production Agreement with Archer Daniels Midland Company. Under the CLARISOY License and Production Agreement, ADM is wholly responsible for the worldwide production, distribution and sale of CLARISOY. Burcon will provide CLARISOY status updates when they are available, subject to compliance with its confidentiality obligations.
