POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of CH Energy Group, Inc., (NYSE: CHG - News) at its regularly scheduled meeting today, declared a quarterly dividend of 54 cents per share of its Common Stock, payable November 2, 2009, to holders of record as of October 13, 2009.
