California Micro Devices Announces Certified Voting Results of 2009 Annual Meeting

MILPITAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--California Micro Devices (Nasdaq Global: CAMD) (“CMD” or “The Company”) today announced that IVS Associates, the independent inspector of election at the Company's 2009 Annual Meeting, has certified the voting results of the meeting, confirming the preliminary results reported by CMD on September 22, 2009. The certified results show that CMD stockholders voted to re-elect four of the Company’s directors – Jon S. Castor, Robert V. Dickinson, Dr. Edward C. Ross and David Wittrock – and elect the three Dialectic Capital nominees – John Fichthorn, Kenneth Potashner and J. Michael Gullard – to the Company’s Board of Directors. The final tabulation indicates that 19,149,267 shares were voted, representing approximately 84 percent of outstanding shares.
