TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - 11/06/09) - Applebee's Grill & Bar� restaurants Canada-wide are celebrating Canada's veterans and active duty Canadian Forces by inviting them to pull up a chair at their neighbourhood Applebee's for a delicious entree and heartfelt "thanks" this Remembrance Day.

On November 11, veterans and those on active duty with proof of Canadian Forces service are invited to select a complimentary entree, complete with traditional sides from the following menu selections:
