DALLAS (AP) -- Capital Senior Living Corp., which runs residential communities for seniors, said Wednesday it has named former Lehman executive Michael Reid to its board.

He is currently a partner at Herald Square Properties, an investment firm focused on midtown Manhattan.

Reid will replace John Stroud, who will retire Sept. 30.
