NEW YORK, Aug. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Care Investment Trust Inc. (NYSE: CRE - News; "Care" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.17 per share of common stock for the second quarter 2009. The dividend is payable on September 25, 2009 to common shareholders of record on September 11, 2009.
