Steven Swank, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer stated: "We are excited to report that the Sosua Bay Grand Casino is still on schedule for the grand opening event on October 24th, 2009. We continue to maintain the project has been within budget, will have no debt upon opening with sufficient operating capital. The carpeting has been installed as well as the spectacular lighting system. The table games are being delivered today with the slot machines on schedule for delivery to the Dominican Republic next week. Security cameras are being installed on Sunday. We are extremely excited about the progress and look forward to sharing an amazing event with our select VIP's and share holders.
The casino is scheduled to open with a VIP party and concert event on Saturday, October 24th and plans and being the premier gaming destination in the area. Rubby Perez, the famous Dominican songwriter and producer, will perform that night. More than a thousand people were invited for the event, including many VIP's and local personalities.
