MIAMI, Nov. 27, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. (Pink Sheets:CGAQ - News) is presently in negotiations with DeCubas Presents, LLC to promote world class boxing in the Dominican Republic at the Sosua Bay Grand Casino. The shows would be broadcast in tape delay to over 190 million households in the United States and Europe.

Steven Swank, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, stated: "Every 3 months we would have a new ticket, new fighters, and the best Dominican and International fighters available. The impact would be tremendous for the city and the Sosua Bay Grand Casino. All matches would be held at the event center on the second floor of the casino. International events will add incredible traffic and bring personalities that might not normally visit our area."
