Carlisle elects BorgWarner executive to board
Carlisle elects BargWarner chief financial officer Adams to board, effective immediately

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -- Diversified manufacturer Carlisle Cos. said Wednesday it named BorgWarner CFO Robin J. Adams to its board of directors, effective immediately.
BorgWarner Inc. makes components and systems for vehicle powertrain applications worldwide.
Carlisle shares rose 9 cents to $34.50 during midday trading.
