The academy curriculum focuses on the critical skillsets needed by telecom, media and entertainment companies to address revenue assurance issues. The Cartesian Academy has successfully trained more than 250 delegates. Jonathan Miller has been appointed as the Principal of the Cartesian Academy to direct the growth and administration of the Academy's training program.

The emergence of converged, multi-media service offerings requires that operators obtain the expertise and skillsets necessary to administer and manage the sophisticated audit and financial controls required to reduce revenue leakage.
