COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) -- Century Casinos Inc. said Wednesday that it received the last regulatory approval needed for the sale of its South African unit.
The casino operator will receive a final payment of 98.8 million South African rand (about $13 million) for Century Casinos Africa (Pty) Ltd. in approximately two weeks. Century received a payment of 253.5 million South African rand (about $32.8 million) when the deal closed in June.
The last approval was given by the KwaZulu-Natal Gambling Board
Shares of Century Casinos added 4 cents to $2.89 in afternoon trading.
