China's Chemspec International to buy back as much as $15 million in ADRs

NEW YORK (AP) -- Chemspec International Ltd., which makes engineered specialty chemicals, said Tuesday its board authorized spending up to $15 million to repurchase its American depositary receipts.
The buyback will be between October 2009 and October of next year.
In afternoon trading, the American depositary receipts fell 1 cent to $7.17.
