HONG KONG, Aug. 10, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- City Telecom (HK) Ltd. (the "Company" or "City Telecom") (SEHK:1137 - News; Nasdaq:CTEL - News), the second largest broadband service provider in Hong Kong, today announced that it has retained Elite Investor Relations ("Elite IR") to lead an expanded global investor relations campaign.
