Press Release Source: Clear-Lite Holdings, Inc. On Thursday November 19, 2009, 9:00 am EST

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clear-Lite Holdings, Inc. (“ClearLite”) (OTCBB: CLRH - News), a leading innovator of eco-friendly lighting and the appreciably safer ArmorLite™ CFL, today announced that Creative Lighting, LLC, Pompano Beach, FL, a leading distributor of lighting and electrical products to businesses and government agencies, will be ClearLite’s first commercial distributor of ClearLite’s line of eco-friendly, “natural light” CFLs, lamps and lighting products.

Co-founder, President and CEO of Creative Lighting Devin Grandis said, “There were several features with the ClearLite product line that caught our attention. The ArmorLite bulb is unique to the industry and it is the “Greenest” and safest Compact Fluorescent Lamp (CFL) available in the market today. In addition, the entire product line boasts the use of amalgam instead of liquid mercury, which is by far a safer and higher quality component. Perhaps even more important, is that from a price standpoint, although the entire product line is considered to be more upscale than the rest of the CFLs available, it is extremely competitive and therefore offers the end user added value and bang for their buck.”

Grandis added, “Creative Lighting has already seen many of our major clients move into this product line and we see huge growth in the near future.”

Creative Lighting will provide ClearLite’s eco-friendly CFLs and commercial lighting products to a client base of businesses, institutions and government offices and agencies. For more information, visit: http://creativelightingllc.info/

“Signing a commercial distributor is an important step in expanding the distribution channels for ClearLite’s eco-friendly lighting products into several new marketplaces,” said Thomas Irvine, president and CEO of ClearLite.

Creative Lighting LLC, founded by Devin and Stanley Grandis, specializes in energy-saving lamps, ballasts, fixtures and related sustainable energy-saving products. Headquartered in Pompano Beach, FL, Creative Lighting has national distribution centers in Largo, FL, Bellefontaine, OH, and Douglasville, GA. The company has four branch offices in Florida and also has offices in Chelmsford, MA, and Westbrook, ME, in New England. The Grandis’s have been in the lighting distribution business for 14 years.
