Clinical Data names new board member
Clinical Data names former Par Pharmaceutical CEO Scott Tarriff to board of directors

NEWTON, Mass. (AP) -- Genetic testing company Clinical Data Inc. said Friday it has named former Par Pharmaceutical Companies Inc. CEO Scott Tarriff to its board of directors.
Before joining the Woodcliff Lake, N.J., generic drug maker, Tarriff spent 12 years at Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., a New York drug maker.
Clinical Data shares rose 4 cents to $15.45 in early trading.
