Cloudbreak Completes Phase I Drilling on the Dowd Lake Coal Property

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - 08/31/09) - Cloudbreak Resources Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX-V:CDB - News)(PINK SHEETS:CUDBF - News)(Frankfurt:C6K - News) announces that the Company has completed its phase one drill program on the "Dowd Lake Coal Property". Six (6) holes totaling 877 metres (2,877 feet) were drilled by the Company's contractors CorePro Drilling Inc. from July 31 through August 12, 2009. Roke Technologies Ltd. was utilized for downhole geophysical logging where required for this program.

The Program targeted the near surface coal potential of its Dowd Lake Coal Property in central Saskatchewan. No intersections warranting assaying were encountered.
