Cloudbreak Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: CDB)(PINK SHEETS: CUDBF)(Frankfurt: C6K) (the "Company") is pleased to report that a geological team led by Marvin A Mitchell, P. Eng is in the process of strategically identifying drill targets on both the "Dowd Lake Property", directly west of, and abutting Goldsource's Ballantyne Property, and lands held directly adjacent to the north of Weststar's "18m Property".

A map of the area is available on our website, and will be continually updated to reflect ongoing changes. The Company has permits for coal exploration encompassing approximately 475,000 acres in Saskatchewan, in addition to the rights to 350,000 acres of sub-surface potash in the Vermillion area of Alberta.
