LOS ANGELES, Oct. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Comerica Bank is expanding its operations in the greater Los Angeles area, announcing the opening today of a new full-service banking center in Beverly Hills. The new location is located at 9696 South Santa Monica Blvd., in the heart of the business district of California's most famous zip code. Comerica Bank now operates 24 banking centers in Los Angeles County.

Comerica Bank has 98 banking centers in California, including centers in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and San Fernando Valley. The Beverly Hills location joins three Comerica banking centers in the West side of Los Angeles. A new Santa Monica banking center will join the cluster in 2010.

Comerica Bank Vice President Debra Bradford is the new manager of the Beverly Hills Banking Center. The banking veteran of 28-years previously managed the Comerica Bank Wilshire-Crescent Heights location.

Comerica, whose predecessor bank was founded in Michigan in 1849, offers complete checking and FDIC-insured deposit accounts, financial planning expertise, on-the-job banking and other business services.

The new office has an ATM and a customer service center. It is open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Additional location in the West side of Los Angeles area:
