Computer Sciences gets $200M contract

Computer Sciences gets US government contract worth up to $200 million for IT support services

FALLS CHURCH, Va. (AP) -- Computer Sciences Corp. received a task order worth up to $200 million from the U.S. Agency for International Development to provide information technology support services.

The order has a one-year base period and four one-year options to extend the deal.

CSC will provide a range of services including planning, engineering and implementing IT solutions and providing support for the USAID's network. The agency provides U.S. economic and humanitarian assistance worldwide.

Shares of CSC added 60 cents to $51.79 in midday trading.
