LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Conspiracy Entertainment Holdings, Inc. ("Conspiracy Entertainment") (OTCBB: CPYE - News), through its wholly owned subsidiary, Conspiracy Entertainment Corporation, a developer, publisher and marketer of interactive entertainment software in North America and Western Europe, announced today that it has issued a corporate update to its shareholders.

“We are approaching what we believe will be an exciting 4^th quarter 2009 and we wanted to provide our shareholders and the investment community a review and update regarding the last eighteen months,” said Sirus Ahmadi, CEO of Conspiracy Entertainment.

The Company's revenues for the fiscal year that ended December 31, 2008 were $10,905,490, compared to revenues of $8,791,131 for the fiscal year that ended December 31, 2007. The interactive entertainment software industry is a seasonal and cyclical industry. The majority of sales are generated in the fourth quarter of each year due to the winter holiday season, followed by the first quarter of each year which consists of sales to those who received new video game platforms over the winter holiday. The revenues generated in the first two quarters of FY '09, combined, were $4,301,191. With a great positive outlook, Management believes that the Company is on track to meet or beat previous fiscal revenue numbers.

In May 2008, Conspiracy Entertainment expanded its publishing agreement with RTL Games, the European video games publisher, to provide distribution, sales and marketing for eleven (11) new RTL SKUs, releasing titles throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico. In addition, the Company also added European distribution partners DTP, Rondomedia and Midas which have been instrumental in our efforts to distribute product throughout Europe.

Over the last eighteen (18) months, the Company has been hard at work developing a portfolio of titles for 2008/2009; releasing fourteen (14) titles on most major game platforms and personal computers.

Conspiracy Entertainment published in August its “Real Heroes: Firefighter” game for Wii™, the first Conspiracy financed development title in many years. Developed by Epicenter Studios, "Real Heroes: Firefighter" emphasizes non-violent, game-integral puzzles and challenges that mirror the on-the-fly choices firefighters face every day. The Company is pleased with its launch and expects to see continued demand for the game into the holiday season as well as opportunities for future projects with Epicenter Studios.

There are approximately seven (7) additional games scheduled for release over the next few months.

In recent events, Conspiracy Entertainment retained Corporate Evolutions, Inc. as investor relations representative to provide strategic counseling and hands-on corporate communication with shareholders and the investment community.
