Corporate Office Properties raises dividend
Corporate Office Properties increases 3Q dividend 5.4 percent

COLUMBIA, Md. (AP) -- Real estate investment trust Corporate Office Properties Trust said Thursday its board declared a third-quarter dividend of 39.25 cents per share, a 5.4 percent increase.
The previous dividend was 37.25 cents per share.
The dividend is payable on Oct. 15 to shareholders of record on Sept. 30.
Shares fell 86 cents, or 2.2 percent, to close at $38.48 before the dividend was announced.
