DENVER (AP) -- Credo Petroleum Corp. said Thursday CEO James Huffman, plans to retire at the end of the year.
The Denver-based oil and natural gas company said its board of directors has begun a search for a new chief executive. Huffman will remain in his current job until a new CEO joins the company. He will continue to serve as chairman of the board, subject to board approval.
Shares of Credo Petroleum slid 32 cents, or 3 percent, to $10.53 in afternoon trading.
