SAN DIEGO (AP) -- Cymer Inc., which makes lasers used in semiconductor manufacturing, said Tuesday that it named Eric Ruttenberg to its board of directors.
Ruttenberg, 53, is a co-managing member of the General Partner of Tinicum Capital Partners II LP. Tinicum has a substantial stake in Cymer.
Shares of Cymer added 83 cents, or 2.3 percent, to $37.68 in afternoon trading. The stock has traded in a range of $16.65 to $39.42 over the last year.
