Dealertrack Holdings upgrading service that tracks identity theft prevention

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y. (AP) -- Dealertrack Holdings Inc., which makes software for auto dealers, said Monday it has upgraded a service that tracks identity theft prevention.
The company said subscribers of its DealerTrack Compliance Solution will receive an upgrade free of charge that makes it easier for dealers to track identity theft prevention programs and monitor dealership activity.
Shares of Dealertrack fell 7 cents to $18.50 in afternoon trading.
