ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) -- Check printer and payroll provider Deluxe Corp. said Monday that Terry D. Peterson will take over as chief financial officer, effective immediately, following Richard S. Greene's resignation.
Peterson, 45, joined Deluxe in 2004. He has been the company's chief accounting officer since 2005, and he was vice president of investor relations beginning in 2006. He also served as interim chief financial officer for five months in 2006.
Deluxe shares rose 23 cents to close earlier at $14.46.
