MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - 11/06/09) - Ditem Explorations (TSX-V:DIT - News) is pleased to announce that the company has entered into a debt settlement agreement for the issuance of an aggregate 990,020 common shares to Golden Valley Mines Ltd, in consideration for settlement of an aggregate $74,264.99 debt at a deemed price of $0.075. The debt is related to expenses paid by Golden Valley Mines for the Beartooth Island Property. The transaction is subject to the receipt of regulatory approval.

Ditem Explorations (57,372,582 fully diluted) is a uranium exploration and development Company with properties in the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan (Beartooth Island and Cree Lake) and the Otish Basin (Otish Uranium) in Quebec. The Company has also completed drilling programs on the Beartooth Island and Otish Uranium properties and, as soon as possible, plans to undertake drilling on its Cree Lake property.
