Ducommun names Anthony Reardon as CEO, succeeds Joseph Berenato

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Engineering services firm Ducommun Inc. said Monday its board named Anthony J. Reardon, currently president and chief operating officer, to the additional position of chief executive.
Reardon also has been named a member of the board of directors effective Jan. 1.
Reardon succeeds Joseph C. Berenato, who will remain as chairman.
